Nostalgia

Ongoing

Nostalgia begins with a simple realization: memory is rarely preserved through the moments we expect to remember. Instead, it settles quietly into fragments: a passing cloud, the reflection of light on water, an empty hallway, a familiar meal, an object encountered only once.

Removed from their original context, these ordinary moments become strangely enduring, carrying an emotional weight that exceeds their significance. In collecting these fragments without forcing them into a single narrative, I hope to reveal the quiet architecture of memory itself: incomplete, deeply personal, and forever reaching toward a past that can never be fully recovered.
